Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on any merchandise that is returned unused, with original packaging and delivery receipt within 7 days. Please allow up to 48 hours for your return to be processed.
We accept returns in store and via post. If any returns need to be made due to the above reasons please notify us with an email to info@haggardstowngc.ie giving details of your name, order number and item details before returning the package to the address below.
Please note that cost for posting back a return is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will only be made to the original credit or debit card used to purchase the returned item/s.
Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order this may be done by contacting us by calling 042 9337627 no later than 5pm on the day of order.
We reserve the right to debit your payment card for the delivery fees in respect of any late cancellations. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will still be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach of any of these Terms.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
